A blend of essential oils that open sinuses, promotes drainage, and is anti-viral and anti-bacterial.   I made this blend because I kept getting sinus infections.  If I feel the tightness coming on, out comes the bottle of Sinus Relief. 

The essential oils were chosen for their anti-viral, antibacterial, and mucus loosening properties.  

• With the bottle a few inches from the nose, inhale the aroma for approximately a minute. 
• Put a drop on a tissue and inhale aroma from the tissue.  Can put the tissue between the pillow and pillow case at night while sleeping.   
• Add a two drops to steaming water.  Put a towel over your head and inhale the steam.  
  

Use 3 - 5 times per day as needed.

Made with organic Sunflower Seed oil, Organic Eucalyptus Globulus, Thyme, Eucalyptus Radiata, Peppermint, Spike Lavender, Inula Gravelolens essential oils.  

Eucalyptus Globulus is an expectorant, kills staph germs, opens airways, clears sinus and lung congestion, and is an expectorant.  Spike Lavender is an anti-viral and expectorant.  Thyme is anti-viral, anti-bacteria, is effective treating flu and bronchitis symptoms.  Inula Gravelolens is the strongest mucolyic of all the essential oils.  It loosens mucus in both lungs and sinus.  Peppermint is anti-viral, opens airways in sinus and lungs.  Eucalyptus Radiata is anti-viral and an anti-inflammatory, often used to treat cough, colds, sniffles.  

1.5ml   Note:  the bottle will not be full.  We use a 5ml bottle because a 2ml bottle is so small, it is easy to loose it.
